How do I transfer my domain to my AI Cpanel?

I have a domain with godaddy and changed the nameservers to AI, but I don't know how to receive it in my AI Cpanel.

In your cPanel for the hosting, scroll down to "Addon Domains." Click that and setup the domain name that you redirected. Now on your hosting, there will be a folder that is names like your domain and everything you put there will be what anyone who visits that domain will see.
